軽い熟成香に、わずかな酸味を感じる香り。透き通った水を感じる。口で柔らかく甘みが拡がり、酸が後口を締める。 28年にわたり5代目醸造最高責任者としてドン ペリニヨンを率いたリシャール・ジョフロワ氏により誕生。複数の日本酒をブレンドし、さらに深いハーモニーを生みだす。オーケストラのように緻密な構成のもと、醸造の技法を駆使し、異なる産地で栽培された山田錦、雄町、五百万石の酒米、5種類の酵母が「IWA 5」の旋律を奏でる。

He is now launching into a new experiment, hoping to contribute to a story started in Japan a thousand years ago: sake
